Information we collect

Account details (name, email, role), pool and service records you create, payment status from our processors (PayPal, Stripe), and usage data needed to operate the app.

How we use it

To provide the service — manage customers, service, billing, training, inventory and community — and to process subscriptions and purchases. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Card and PayPal details are handled directly by our payment processors. We store only transaction references and status, never full card numbers.

Data retention & your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. We retain records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
