How do I find a service pro near me?

At launch you'll create a free account and browse an in-app directory of local pros by service category — pool, landscaping, cleaning, plumbing, pet sitting and more — ranked by proximity and rating, then message any of them in a tap. Customers who join the waitlist before launch get their first year of membership free.

Is there a perk for joining the waitlist early?

Yes! Customers who join the waitlist before we launch get their entire first year of Nauti membership free — automatically applied when you create your account at launch. It's our thank-you for being here early.

Can companies import data from QuickBooks, spreadsheets or other software?

Yes. Companies can export a CSV or Excel file from QuickBooks/Intuit, their old scheduling tool, or any spreadsheet and upload it into Nauti. Columns are auto-mapped so customers, jobs and history come across in a few clicks.

How does Nauti adapt to my type of business?

You pick your industry at sign-up and Nauti shows only the features your business needs — a pet sitter won't see pool monitors, a pool company will. You can turn any feature on or off anytime in Business Settings, and every business gets a starter set of job types and price line-items tailored to its trade.

How much will Nauti cost?

Customers get a free account. Companies subscribe to Nauti Pro, which scales with how many clients they manage — starting at $99/month. There's also a one-time white-label license for companies that want their own branded app.
